In addition.We have invested in some highly specialised equipment,which include an exclusively manufactured vacuum furnace measuring 3 meters x 3 meters x 1 metre with a load capacity of 500Kg and a top of the range Nitriding furnace ensuring heat treatment quality of the very higest standards.
We also offer various other heat treatment processes from our high quality salt bath furnaces including,hardening and case hardening and our muffle furnaces cater for all our customers stress relieving and annealing requirements.Needless to say we also use top of the range free standing and hand held Rockwell and Vickers hardness testers
